Indianapolis Basement Finish

Designed as a true extension of the home, this custom finished basement was created to deliver elevated everyday living with thoughtfully curated spaces for relaxation, productivity, wellness, and entertaining.

At the center of the design is a custom wet bar featuring rich cabinetry, warm brass accents, designer lighting, stone surfaces, and built-in details that create a sophisticated entertaining experience. Adjacent to the bar, a built-in office space offers a refined and functional work environment with custom millwork and tailored storage solutions.

The lower level also includes a dedicated home gym, providing a private space for health and wellness without sacrificing style. Completing the retreat is a beautifully appointed full bathroom with a custom tile shower, featuring premium finishes, expertly crafted tilework, and a spa-inspired atmosphere.

Layered textures, custom cabinetry, luxury fixtures, and intentional design choices throughout the space create a basement that feels less like a lower level—and more like a private luxury suite.

Zionsville Addition

This project transformed the property with a seamless approximately 2,000 square foot addition designed to expand both functionality and curb appeal while feeling like it was always part of the original home. The new structure was carefully integrated to match the existing architecture, creating a cohesive exterior with clean lines, complementary finishes, and elevated detailing throughout.

The addition features a spacious multi-bay garage below with beautifully finished living space above, maximizing square footage without sacrificing the footprint of the lot. From the custom exterior finishes and upgraded lighting to the expansive concrete work and thoughtful layout, every element was built with long-term durability and everyday living in mind.
